The President of the Suburban Council, Niskayuna principal John W. Rickert, Friday released the configuration for the 2015-16 scholastic year as the league settled on two eight-school divisions. Albany and Schenectady have both applied for full membership status, which will be determined during the 2015-16 scholastic year.
